Following discussions with key stakeholders and reflecting the current complexity across the real estate market within Egypt, we have made the decision to adapt how we best support the industry in 2027.

For this year only, the Cityscape Egypt Exhibition will become the Cityscape Egypt Forum, with a focus on bringing the industry together at a critical time for education, interactive debate and discussion on the key issues facing the market, and identifying priorities for future growth.

The Cityscape Egypt Forum will take place on 16 November 2026 in Cairo.

The Cityscape Egypt Exhibition will return from 29 September - 2 October 2027, with a focus on delivering a strong platform for turning ideas into reality, creating meaningful opportunities and delivering real value for the industry.
