By the end of 2023, they had recorded 1,630 transactions with a total sales value of AED 1.59 billion.
Samana Developers’ CEO, Imran Farooq, attributed this success to the company’s dedication to quality, innovation, and timely delivery. Since 2022, Samana Developers has seen a sharp rise in off-plan sales. As a result, the company has moved from 17th to 7th place in terms of off-plan sales among top developers in the UAE.
