How winners are chosen
JUDGING CRITERIA
ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION CRITERIA
The competition is open to all Proptech startups. To participate in Egypt Proptech Challenge, startups must meet our criteria outlined below
EARLY STAGE STARTUPS

Age of Company: Must be less than 30 months old

Funding Status: Must not have raised more than $500,000 in funding from angels, institutional investors, and/or accelerator.

Product/Service Stage: Must have a working product/service, or minimum viable product (MVP).

Revenue & Team Size: Ideally, total annual revenue should not exceed a $100,000, and preferably fewer than 10 team members.
GROWTH STAGE STARTUPS

Age of Company: Must be less than 30 months old

Revenue: Total annual revenue should exceed $300,000.

Market Traction: Must demonstrate significant market traction (e.g., customer base, partnerships, or geographic expansion).

Scalability: Must have a scalable business model with a clear path to further growth.
